Nice terrace area for relaxing after exploring.

The front desk staff was incredibly rude when I reported noise disturbances that kept us awake. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed in a noisy area, and the receptionist dismissed my concerns outright. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings were limited and often required asking the kitchen directly for basic items like bacon and eggs, which was frustrating.

Location is fantastic, so close to key sights and the train station. My room was clean, but the strong smell of disinfectant was overwhelming at times. I really appreciated the terrace for unwinding after a busy day. it was a nice touch. However, breakfast was disappointing. The same limited offerings each day made it feel repetitive. Access to eggs was also very awkward, needing to ask staff for a portion. I encountered a rude receptionist when I asked about a shuttle to the airport, which left a sour note on my stay. Time spent in the room was pleasant, but the service could use a more friendly approach. If the breakfast situation was improved and staff were trained for better courtesy, it would enhance the experience greatly.

The central location made it easy to explore historical sites, and the free parking nearby was a huge bonus. Breakfast choices were great, though the coffee machine was inconsistent.
